It’s pretty straightforward. You can easily setup password for your individual forms to prevent unwanted submissions and ensuring you are getting only the data you need. Respondents can’t even see what the form looks like without entering the password correctly.
Go to form settings
Enable Password protection
Enter your preferred password
Note - Form needs to be in "Un-publish" state so you can update your form "Settings".
